Soon! The plug is just being finished and should go to the mould maker in the next few weeks. Nick will chip in with more info I'm sure.

I saw it for myself yesterday and I think there will be a que for this one!

Hiya Guys
Still making bits for this ,,,but this FLIR Camera has been asked for by others in the past ....
I am up for comments about scale appearnce - what have I got wrong ????

There will be 2 versions available -

1. Rotating Dome and possibly elevate the camera - depends on linkage chosen
2. Static

The Camera will turn (Left & right) on a splined shaft - get 2 x small Universal joints to fit a 3mm shaft ( Cornwall model boats may have them – if not Tamiya)…..to make is turnable!
BUT – I can’t get the Camera Ball to elevate up & down unless a spring (hollow) in lieu of the Universal Joints to run a push rod (1mm) through – no worries really, just rotating will be cool.
There is the option to use a CAM that elevates the camera as it is turned but I have not designed that yet ....
If a modeller wants it static I have also created a more basic fixing that could be used and more to scale ….

The bit in Red is not included and will be tube & universal Joint cut to length etc.

I have also included the plug bases for the Fus etc.

I look forward to your comments

Cheers

Do a search for Red Lodge helicopters as they make them. The kit looks very good as you get lots of scales bits all thrown in. Think it's 800 size.
